GREEN TOMATO CHUTNEY

20 medium green tomatoes -- chopped, not peeled
5 medium red apples -- chopped, not peeled
3 medium red peppers -- seeded, chopped
4 medium onions -- peeled and chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
Instructions: Put all ingredients into a large pot. Bring to boil over medium heat
(slowly). Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into boiling
hot jars and seal using hot pack method.
